Ok... So, here's my story. Sometime in September, I noticed three large black pastic bags dumped on the side of the road on Turnbull Canyon between Whittier and Hacienda Heights. Well, looking out my window just before 6 pm (18:00 hrs), this is what I saw. Well, weird call this morning. Someone reported dead animals dumped at the east end of Hadley St. in Whittier. They said the animals had been there since at least Monday morning.
